Who we are
Heritage Plastercraft, Bristol, run by Ralph Muranda, is responsible for your personal information on this website. You can contact us on heritageplastercraft@gmail.com, or by phone on 01179 110 428 or 07946 083 027.
What we collect and why
- Enquiries. If you contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form on this website, we use the details you give us (such as your name, email, phone number, project location and message) to reply, provide a quote and carry out any work. We do this because it is necessary to respond to your request, and it is in our legitimate interest to run our business. Enquiries sent through the website form are stored on our own web server, behind a password, and are not passed to any third-party form service. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, and for up to six years afterwards for accounting and insurance purposes.
- Website analytics (only if you accept). With your consent, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are most useful. This uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. We cannot identify you personally from it.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We only set analytics cookies if you click “Accept analytics” on our banner. If you reject, or ignore the banner, no analytics cookies are set and nothing is sent to Google Analytics.

Your rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect what we did before). Email us to do any of this. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
